It depends on which shipping option you choose. We offer Ground Shipping via USPS or FedEx, which typically take 5-7 business days for delivery. We also have FedEx Standard Overnight for delivery in 1 Business Day, and FedEx 3-Day Saver which will take 3 business days.

Orders received on Business Days by 9:00am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders received after 9:00am Mountain Time or on non-Business Days will ship on the next Business Day.

  • Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
  • Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.

Orders of $15 or more are eligible for FREE USPS Ground Shipping (excludes orders shipped to multiple addresses).

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payment options.

Your data privacy is of utmost importance to us. All checkout transactions and credit card details exchanged between your device and our servers are private and secured using an industry standard 256-bit SSL encrypted connection over HTTPS. The issuer of our SSL certificate is Comodo, one of the largest and most trusted SSL certificate authorities in the world.

Once your order is placed, we'll be notified via email and in our fulfillment system that you've placed an order. We process all of the previous days orders at the start of the following day. Once we begin processing your order, your credit card will be charged and your order will be boxed, weighed for delivery and scheduled for pickup. At this time, you will be notified via email that your order has been processed and is awaiting pickup. You'll also receive a tracking number in that email so that you can track the delivery progress.

Once you have placed your order and completed the checkout process, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

After you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you may enter in the promotion code on the Shopping Cart page. The promotion code box is located below the list of Specials Available, right above the Subtotal line. All promotion codes are case sensitive. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.

You are able to cancel your order as long as we have not started processing it yet. From your account page, you can view your order status and request cancellation if it hasn't been processed yet. If you wish to change your order, please contact us directly at to inquire about an order change.

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied at any time in the first 3 months after purchase, just return your JollyBod product and we'll refund the entire product price. No questions asked. Email us at to inquire.
