Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
JollyBod’s Satisfaction Guarantee means we’re not satisfied unless you are. If for any reason you don’t like one of our products we’ll exchange it for another JollyBod product of equal or lesser value or refund your money.
To exchange a product, simply order the new product through our website and return the old one with a copy of both the old and new receipts and a valid email address and telephone number. Since we do not save or store credit card information, once we receive the old product, both receipts and valid email and telephone numbers, we’ll contact you about placing the value of original purchase value back on your credit card.
If you just want a refund, call us at 1-844-565-5926 and we’ll put the value of the original purchase back on your credit card. Customers with excessive refund requests will not be allowed to continue to make new purchases.
